1. Event Executive

Responsibilities:

 

- Assist in the planning & implementing client's events
- Manage parties including client, client office staff, vendors, designers to execute the event details
- Manage budget & timeline within responsible event parts
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by client/ supervisor
 

Event Executive Requirements

 

- A Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in working within event industry
- Junior/ Senior manager are both welcomed

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- English and Cantonese is a must (Mandarin beneficial)

Working Details
- Full time : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Work from Home except meeting days

2. Event Designer

Posting Date: 23 Nov 2022

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide creative ideas on event visuals 
- Design items required in events (such as event key visuals, signages etc.)
- Styling event venue according to event creative theme & choosing styling items
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by client/ supervisor
 

Event Designer Requirements

 

- A Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
- 2D graphic design Skills : Adobe Suite (mainly Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop)
- 3D design skills such as 3D max is a plus

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in working within design or event industry
- Junior/ Senior designers are both welcomed

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Cantonese is a must (Mandarin beneficial)

Working Details
- Full time : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
